We are excited take part in the restoration and adaptive reuse of The Gianandrea House, currently in progress. A World War II-era home, which will be restored to reflect the history of the town and lend an authentic aura to The Junction Center developed by Harmony Park. Picking up the house and moving it to its new location has been the most exciting part of this build. Second was building the new basement under the house with the new massive structural elements.
